Winemaker Review: Crisp yet delicate, this dry, light-bodied wine has refreshing citrus flavors and represents an excellent value. Have it as an aperitif, with light hors d'oeuvres or a seafood lunch or dinner. Versatile with light seafood dishes.
My Review: This was the first wine I've tasted with dinner and blogged about. I took advantage of the winemaker's notes and had it with fish (salmon). It seemed to complement the food perfectly and I was happy with the decision. It was light and crisp and I noticed hints of citrusy flavors.
Food: Salmon
