Winemaker Review: Bright red in color, this particularly fruity wine features red fruits, strawberries, and blackberries. Very soft and fruity on the palate with ripe tannins and good balance. This fruity Cabernet pairs well with meats and pasta dishes.

My Review: As suggested, we tried this red with pasta. Some chicken was added along with a four cheese sauce. They complemented each other very nicely. The wine itself had a great balance thanks to its fruity flavor and medium body. One of my favorite wines, especially with dinner.
