Winemaker Review: Firm and structured, this is a solid wine, laced with mineral acidity and tight tannins. It has a juicy, blackberry fruit component cutting through the texture.
My Review: This was a very strong red wine. It was medium-bodied and contained a lot of tannins throughout, but especially in the finish. It had a fruity hint, but most of what I could taste was dry with very little sweetness.
